WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG DEVELOPED ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA
OVERNIGHT...WITH SEVERAL LOCATIONS REPORTING VISIBILITIES BELOW ONE
QUARTER OF A MILE AS OF 5 AM CDT. EXPECT AREAS OF FOG TO CONTINUE TO
THICKEN THROUGH SUNRISE...EVENTUALLY BURNING OFF DURING THE
MID-MORNING HOURS. ONCE THE FOG CLEARS...EXPECT A PARTLY
CLOUDY...BREEZY AND SEASONABLY NICE AFTERNOON ACROSS THE REGION.
EVEN WARMER TEMPERATURES ARE THEN EXPECTED AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT ON
FRIDAY...WITH TEMPERATURES SPIKING IN THE MIDDLES 80S ACROSS MUCH OF
THE LOCAL AREA. ALONG WITH THE COLD FRONT...A SMALL CHANCE FOR
THUNDERSTORMS RETURNS TO THE LOCAL AREA FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH
SATURDAY...WITH AN ISOLATED STRONG TO MARGINALLY SEVERE STORM NOT
OUT OF THE QUESTION. WHILE THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL SMALL CHANCES
FOR THUNDERSTORMS NEXT WEEK...THE MAJORITY OF THE LOCAL AREA IS
EXPECTED TO REMAIN DRY...WITH NEAR TO SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL
TEMPERATURES EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
