ONE MORE DAY OF OPPRESSIVE HEAT IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE MID-SOUTH
ON WEDNESDAY. TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 90S...ALONG WITH DEWPOINTS
IN THE MIDDLE 70S..WILL RESULT IN DANGEROUS HEAT INDEX VALUES IN
EXCESS OF 110 DEGREES ACROSS THE MAJORITY OF THE REGION.

BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT...A COLD FRONT WILL BEGIN TO MOVE INTO THE
MID-SOUTH FROM THE NORTH. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON AS THE FRONT
SAGS SOUTHWARD. BEHIND THE FRONT...COOLER AND NOTICEABLY LESS
HUMID AIR WILL MOVE IN. HIGHS WILL REMAIN SEASONAL WITH READINGS
IN THE LOWER 90S AND LOWS IN THE LOWER 70S.
