Weather Summary for the MidSouth

Scattered showers are expected across the Mid-South through
tonight, mainly south of Interstate 40. Temperatures will remain
unseasonably warm today, despite the arrival of a weak cold
front. A secondary cold front will move through the area tonight,
bringing cooler temperatures to the region for Wednesday. Expect
highs mainly in the 50s to lower 60s. Showers and thunderstorms
will be possible once again, with the greatest rain chances over
north Mississippi and east-central Arkansas.

Temperatures are expected to warm back into the 60s across the
Mid-South on Thursday as a warm front lifts north across the area.
Rain is likely Thursday and Thursday night before tapering off by
Friday.
