...WIND CHILLS IMPROVING AS OF MID MORNING...

TEMPERATURES WERE WARMING QUICKLY AS OF 9 AM WITH MOST READINGS
AROUND ZERO TO 5 BELOW. WIND CHILLS REMAINED IN THE ZERO TO -20
RANGE ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA...WITH THE COLDER WIND CHILLS ACROSS
THE HIGHER TERRAIN AREAS OF NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA.

TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO WARM QUICKLY THROUGH THE REST OF THE
MORNING WITH MOST READINGS IN THE ZERO TO 10 ABOVE RANGE BY 11 AM.
WIND CHILLS BY 11 AM ARE EXPECT TO MAINLY BE IN THE 5 TO -10 RANGE.
THE BRIGHT EARLY MARCH SUNSHINE WILL ALSO HELP TAKE THE BITE OUT OF
THE WIND CHILLS.

IF VENTURING OUT THE REST OF THE MORNING...BE SURE TO DRESS
APPROPRIATELY.
