...Areas of dense fog will continue tonight south central...

Dense fog has again formed across portions of south central North
Dakota reducing visibilities to below a quarter mile at times.
The visibilities vary from a few hundred feet along highway 83 in
Emmons county...to a half mile or more along interstate 94
between bismarck and Jamestown. The visibilities will vary rapidly
tonight and may actually improve as an advancing cloud deck moves
in later tonight.

Remember to use low beam headlights and be prepared for longer
stopping distances as the fog may deposit rime on roads.
