The fog has begun to lift...and will end by early this afternoon.
Precipitation is expected to develop across the northern portions
of the area through the afternoon. For locations who remain near
or below freezing through this afternoon and where fog or light
precipitation occur during the morning...area roads and sidewalks
will remain slick in spots. Residents are urged to use caution
while traveling through the rest of the day.
