MICHIGAN. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE MIDDLE AND UPPER
30S ACROSS INTERIOR SECTIONS OF THE UPPER PENINSULA AND NORTH
CENTRAL WISCONSIN...TO THE UPPER 40S TO MIDDLE 50S ACROSS
SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN AND NORTHEAST IOWA.
