UNSETTLED END TO THE WORK WEEK...WITH SHOWERS POSSIBLE THROUGH THE
DAY...INCLUDING A FEW SNOW SHOWERS IN WESTERN AREAS THIS MORNING.
EXPECTING TO SEE MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES...WITH LIGHT WINDS THIS MORNING
BECOMING MORE SOUTHERLY THIS AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES TODAY ARE
FORECAST TO BE BELOW AVERAGE FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR...TOPPING OUT IN
THE MID 40S TO MID 50S. DRY CONDITIONS ARE FORECAST FOR
SATURDAY...WITH A LARGE RANGE IN TEMPERATURES EXPECTED ACROSS THE
AREA FROM THE MID 50S IN THE EAST TO MID 70S IN THE WEST. SUNDAY
LOOKS TO BE BREEZY AS A COLD FRONT USHERS IN GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS
TO THE AREA. TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO REACH THE MID 60S TO NEAR
70 DEGREES...AND COMBINED WITH A DRY AIR MASS BUILDING IN AND THE
GUSTY WINDS...AN ELEVATED FIRE DANGER WILL DEVELOP DURING THE
AFTERNOON HOURS.
