Weather Summary for Portions of the Central Plains
National Weather Service Hastings NE
541 AM CDT Sat Aug 27 2016

Light winds and cooler temperatures early this morning have allowed
for some fog to develop across the area. Expecting any fog to
dissipate after sunrise. Partly cloudy skies are expected
today...with most locations having a dry forecast. The exception is
for locations generally south of Highway 6 and into north central
Kansas...where a 20 percent chance of thunderstorms is in the
forecast for tonight. High temperatures are expected to reach the
lower to mid 80s. Looking ahead to the next few days...an unsettled
weather pattern will keep periodic thunderstorm chances in the
forecast...with high temperatures generally in the 80s.
