Weather Summary for Portions of the Central Plains
National Weather Service Hastings NE
551 AM CDT Sat Oct 15 2016

Skies will be mostly cloudy to start today. Some locations could see
a little fog or drizzle...but gradual improvement will occur from
west to east...especially this afternoon. High temperatures will
depend on how long cloud cover lingers...but should range from the
middle 70s to lower 80s...with the warmest readings south and west
of the Tri-Cities. A weak cool front will temporarily drop to near
the state line this afternoon...but this front will lift back to the
north as a warm front tomorrow before a stronger cool front moves
through Monday. Temperatures will remain much warmer than normal
through Monday...and then return back to near normal Tuesday and
Wednesday...and then below normal late next week. Opportunities for
rain will continue to be scarce the next few days...but a few brief
hit-or-miss showers will move through Wednesday into Thursday.
