MUCH OF NEBRASKA AND PORTIONS OF NORTHERN KANSAS. ADDITIONAL
SNOWFALL OF 1 TO 4 INCHES ARE EXPECTED AND NORTH WINDS WILL REMAIN
STRONG ALL DAY WITH GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH. TRAVEL WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE
DUE TO THE STRONG WINDS AND SNOW CREATING WHITE OUT CONDITIONS.
