REGION THROUGH TUESDAY. THE HEAT INDEX WILL BE ABOVE 100 DEGREES
TODAY OVER THE ENTIRE REGION...WITH AREAS EAST AND SOUTH OF THE
TRI-CITIES BETWEEN 103 AND 106 DEGREES. THAT IS WHERE A HEAT
ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. HIT OR MISS
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE...MAINLY TONIGHT INTO TOMORROW
MORNING...AND THEN AGAIN LATE IN THE DAY TOMORROW INTO TOMORROW
NIGHT. TOMORROW WILL BE BREEZY. TUESDAY...A COOL FRONT WILL CROSS
THE REGION...WITH HIT OR MISS THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE AGAIN...MAINLY
TUESDAY EVENING TO THE SOUTH AND EAST OF THE TRI-CITIES. A FRESH
CANADIAN AIR MASS WILL OVERTAKE THE REGION WEDNESDAY...WHICH WILL
PROVIDE A BREAK FROM THE HEAT AND HUMIDITY. TEMPERATURES WILL TURN
COOLER THAN NORMAL...WITH HIGHS IN THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 80S.
