INCHES...SOME LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE FORECAST. FOR NORTH CENTRAL
KANSAS...SOME AREAS COULD SEE UP TO 3 INCHES...WITH SNOW AMOUNTS
DECREASING FURTHER NORTHEAST. HIGH TEMPERATURES ON SUNDAY WILL BE
CONSIDERABLY COLDER WITH HIGHS BARELY REACHING THE 20S IF AT ALL IN
MOST LOCATIONS.
