NEBRASKA...TO THE LOWER AND MID 90S ALONG THE NEBRASKA...KANSAS
BORDER AND NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS. WINDS WILL BE FROM THE SOUTHEAST
THURSDAY AT 10 TO 20 MPH...GUSTING TO 30 MPH THROUGHOUT THE REGION.
CHANCES FOR RAIN SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS RETURN TO THE
FORECAST THURSDAY EVENING AND LINGER INTO SATURDAY. HIGH
