MOVE IN FROM THE WEST. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE MID TO UPPER
70S ACROSS NEBRASKA AND KANSAS. THE WINDS WILL START OFF NORTHERLY
AT 5 TO 10 MPH AND WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH BY LATE MORNING.
