THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EASTERN UTAH AND WESTERN
COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR THE LOWER ELEVATIONS OF THE
FOUR CORNERS TONIGHT THROUGH 8 AM THU MORNING. FREEZING FOG WILL
BE DENSE...WITH VISIBILITIES LESS THAN 1/4 MILE IN SOME
AREAS...PARTICULARLY IN THE CORTEZ AND BLANDING VICINITIES. THE
COMBINATION OF FREEZING FOG AND PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL
PRODUCE BLACK ICE WHICH VERY DIFFICULT DETECT WHILE DRIVING. ROAD
SURFACES WILL BE VERY SLICK ACROSS THE ADVISED AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

THE NEXT PACIFIC STORM SYSTEM WILL ARRIVE ON SATURDAY. WINDS WILL
BECOME GUSTY...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE DESERT VALLEY FLOORS AND
EXPOSED MOUNTAIN AREAS ON SATURDAY.

SNOW IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE IN THE MOUNTAIN SATURDAY AFTERNOON
AND EVENING. SLOW TRAVEL IS POSSIBLE WITH ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL
OVER THE MOUNTAIN PASSES. LIGHT SNOWFALL MAY OCCUR IN SOME OF THE
VALLEYS ON SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF
ON SUNDAY.
