For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
Today will be almost perfect with temperatures near normal under dry
conditions and winds kept in check. Warmer but breezier conditions with
isolated showers return to start the week. Much cooler and wetter
conditions then look to develop to end out the week and persist through the
weekend.
