THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN LE FLORE COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...
  EAST CENTRAL LATIMER COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 730 PM CDT

* AT 435 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES UP TO TWO TO THREE INCHES OF
  RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN LOCALIZED AREAS EAST OF RED OAK AND
  ALSO APPROXIMATELY 5 MILES EAST OF TALIHINA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  FANSHAWE...WHITESBORO...TALIMENA STATE PARK AND SUMMERFIELD.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...AS WELL AS FARM AND COUNTRY ROADS. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.
