Young TX-
1145 PM CST SUN FEB 19 2017

The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
Eastern Young County in North Central Texas...

* Until 545 AM CST Monday.

* At 1142 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over eastern
Young County. Portions of State Highway 16 and State Highway 114
between Graham and Loving remain closed due to flood waters. Radar
and automated weather observations indicate that 1 to 3 inches of
rain have fallen over the past couple of hours. An additional one
to perhaps two inches of rain will be possible through sunrise
which may aggravate any ongoing flood issues.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Jean, Loving, and Graham.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. Water
rises will generally be gradual, but flooding of some low water
crossings and other low-lying areas near rivers, creeks, and streams
is expected.
