MID-WEEK. AS THE HIGH MOVES IN...CLOUDS WILL DIMINISH...PROVIDING
MAINLY CLEAR SKIES FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY.

WITH THE COLD TEMPERATURES...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL HELP SEND WIND
CHILL VALUES DOWN WELL BELOW ZERO. WIND CHILL ADVISORIES ARE
POSTED FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN MINNESOTA AND NORTHERN IOWA...
WHERE VALUES COULD DROP TO 20 TO 30 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

NORTHERN SECTIONS OF MINNESOTA AND WISCONSIN...WITH READINGS IN

FROM THE TEENS BELOW ZERO OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA AND WISCONSIN...
TO THE SINGLE DIGITS OVER IOWA AND NORTHERN ILLINOIS.
