SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS BROUGHT WARMER TEMPERATURES TO THE UPPER
MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY SUNDAY. SKIES VARIED FROM MOSTLY TO
PARTLY SUNNY...AND HIGHS WERE IN THE MIDDLE 60S TO LOWER 70S. OVERALL
IT WAS ANOTHER PLEASANT SEPTEMBER DAY.

A WEAK WEATHER SYSTEM WILL APPROACH THE REGION FROM THE WEST
TONIGHT...AND LIGHT RAIN IS EXPECTED TO SPREAD IN TONIGHT. THE
GREATEST CHANCES WILL BE FOUND ACROSS SOUTHERN MINNESOTA...NORTHERN
IOWA...AND WESTERN AND SOUTHERN WISCONSIN. LOWS WILL FALL INTO THE
MIDDLE 40S TO AROUND 50 WITH CLOUDS AND RAIN AROUND.

RAIN SHOWERS WILL LINGER FOR THE FIRST HALF OF MONDAY...CLEARING
OUT BY AFTERNOON FOR MOST AREAS. PLAN ON TOTAL RAIN AMOUNTS
BETWEEN ONE QUARTER AND ONE HALF INCH. HIGHS WILL BE RIGHT AROUND
60. THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK WEEK IS LOOKING DRY AND
SEASONABLE...WITH HIGHS IN THE 60S AND LOWS IN THE 40S.
