Lingering clouds and flurries were seen in much of the area
overnight, though there were some breaks in the clouds east of the
Mississippi River. Low temperatures were in the single digits
above and below zero.

Some clouds will remain over the area today and into tonight, with
high temperatures ranging from the single digits above zero in
southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa to the teens and lower 20s
into Wisconsin. Most of the area will then be in the single
digits below zero for tonight.

Warmer, drier weather will then begin on Wednesday, with skies
becoming mostly sunny. High temperatures will be in the lower to
mid 20s on Wednesday and will reach mid 30s to lower 40s by
Friday.
