A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL PASS ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH LATE EVENING.
WITH THE FRONTAL PASSAGE...THE WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST
AND INCREASE TO 20 TO 30 MPH. WINDS MAY GUST TO AROUND 40 MPH IN
SOME LOCATIONS...ESPECIALLY WITH A BAND OF SHOWERS OVER FAR NORTHEAST
IOWA AND NORTHWEST ILLINOIS.
