National Weather Service Green Bay WI
341 PM CST Tue Jan 17 2017
A few breaks were noted near the Wisconsin and Michigan border
this afternoon, with cloudy skies and patchy fog across the rest
of the region. Areas of drizzle were also occurring over the Fox
Valley and Lake Shore. Afternoon temperatures ranged from the mid
30s from central portions to the Lake Shore, to the lower 40s
across the far north.
A surface low pressure center over the Eastern Great Lakes will
continue to move away from the area this evening. However, a weak
upper level disturbance will keep clouds and scattered light
showers or drizzle over the southern half of the forecast area
through late afternoon.
The upper air disturbance and associated very light precipitation
will depart by early this evening. This will be followed by
quieter weather for the next couple of days with high
temperatures well above normal.
