WISCONSIN OVERNIGHT. A FEW LAKE EFFECT SHOWERS WERE OVER LAKE
MICHIGAN BUT THEY STAYING JUST OFFSHORE. CLOUDS AND A STEADY
BREEZE MADE FOR VERY LITTLE RANGE IN TEMPERATURES...WITH MOST
PLACES IN THE UPPER 30S TO LOW 40S. THE CLOUDS SHOULD DIMINISH
DURING THE EARLY AFTERNOON...BUT NORTHEAST WINDS WILL BRING COOLER
AIR IN FROM CANADA AND KEEP HIGH TEMPERATURES AROUND 5 DEGREES
BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF THE YEAR.
