MORNING...WHILE LOCATIONS OVER EASTERN WISCONSIN SAW SOME
SUNSHINE. IT WAS COLD...WITH TEMPERATURES AT 10 AM MAINLY IN THE
SINGLE DIGITS. COMBINED WITH A BRISK NORTHWEST WIND...WIND CHILL
READINGS WERE MOSTLY IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND LOWER TEENS BELOW
ZERO.

PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND COLD TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED
TODAY...WITH THE MOST SUNSHINE EXPECTED OVER EAST CENTRAL
WISCONSIN. HIGHS WILL ONLY CLIMB INTO THE UPPER SINGLE DIGITS TO
MID TEENS. LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WILL WEAKEN IN THE SNOW BELT
OF VILAS COUNTY. BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE INTO THIS
WEEKEND. THE COLDEST PERIOD LOOKS TO BE FRIDAY NIGHT INTO
SATURDAY.
