Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin

Showers moved across the area overnight and there were scattered
thunderstorms in parts of central and north central Wisconsin
during the evening. Late night temperatures fell to near the
freezing mark in the north as a mix of light rain or drizzle, and
flurries fell there. Temperatures at 4 AM were in the 30s.

A period of wet weather is in store for much of the area through
the weekend. Northern Wisconsin is expected to get a break from
the precipitation tonight and/or Saturday as drier air moves into
that part of the state. Freezing rain could bring some ice
accumulation to the north Saturday night as temperatures fall
below freezing.

Abundant clouds and precipitation should result in below normal
high temperatures and above normal lows for the next couple of
