SKIES HAVE BECOME VIRTUALLY CLEAR ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE
AREA THIS AFTERNOON...WHILE CLOUDIER SKIES REMAINED FARTHER SOUTH.
SOME LIGHT FLURRIES HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN SOME PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
AND EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN AS A LARGER AREA OF SNOW MOVES THROUGH
IOWA. TEMPERATURES WERE BELOW NORMAL AGAIN ACROSS THE
AREA...RANGING FROM 10 DEGREES TO THE UPPER TEENS IN THE WARMEST
SPOTS.

SUB-ZERO LOWS RETURN TONIGHT ALONG WITH BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS.
IN THE FAR NORTH WIND CHILLS WILL BOTTOM OUT IN THE 25 TO 35 BELOW
ZERO RANGE...WHILE AREAS FARTHER SOUTH WILL SEE WIND CHILLS 15 TO
25 BELOW. COLD WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEK WITH SLOW
MODERATION TOWARDS THE WEEKEND. DRY WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
THE REST OF THE WEEK AS WELL...WITH THE NEXT POTENTIAL FOR SNOW ON SUNDAY.
