National Weather Service Green Bay WI
347 PM CDT Wed Apr 26 2017
Scattered rain moved across the region this afternoon with a lull
in the action moving in shortly after. Cloudy skies, mist, and a
bit of light drizzle remained in the area regardless. Temperatures
achieved a wide spread, ranging from the upper 30s in north where
cold air started to arrive to the middle 60s in the Fox Valley.
Precipitation continues tonight. Locally heavy rain is possible
over eastern Wisconsin. Enough cool air will have moved into
north- central Wisconsin to allow the precipitation to become a
mix of rain, freezing rain, sleet and snow. Up to one- tenth of
an inch of ice is possible in far north- central Wisconsin.
Any mixed precipitation is expected to continue through midday
Thursday before transitioning to all rain. Precipitation comes to
an end Thursday afternoon and evening, moving out of Wisconsin
from southwest to northeast.
