CENTRAL WISCONSIN DURING THE EVENING HOURS. SKIES RANGED FROM
PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY OVER NORTHERN WISCONSIN...TO PARTLY MOSTLY
CLEAR ACROSS CENTRAL AND EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN. WERE SKIES WERE
CLEAR ACROSS CENTRAL AND NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN...TEMPERATURES AT
9 PM FELL BELOW ZERO...WHILE THE REST OF THE AREA SAW TEMPERATURES
BETWEEN 2 AND 12 DEGREES ABOVE ZERO.

ANY SNOW SHOWER OR FLURRY ACTIVITY ACROSS NORTHERN WISCONSIN WILL
COME TO AN END DURING THE LATE EVENING HOURS...WITH DRY WEATHER
EXPECTED OVERNIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON. LOOK FOR SKIES TO
BECOME MOSTLY CLEAR TONIGHT...AND WINDS TO BECOME LIGHT...ALLOWING
TEMPERATURES TO PLUMMET. LOWS OVERNIGHT WILL RANGE FROM BELOW ZERO
ACROSS CENTRAL AND NORTHERN WISCONSIN...TO NEAR ZERO IN THE FOX
VALLEY...TO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN.

UNUSUALLY COLD CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST INTO FRIDAY...WITH HIGHS
MAINLY IN THE LOWER AND MIDDLE 20S...BEFORE MODERATING
TEMPERATURES BEGIN THIS WEEKEND. A CHANCE OF MIXED PRECIPITATION
IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE REGION FRIDAY NIGHT...AND CONTINUE
THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT. HIGHS ON SUNDAY SHOULD CLIMB INTO THE
UPPER 30S TO MIDDLE 40S...ALONG WITH INCREASING CHANCES OF RAIN.
