NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GREEN BAY WI
325 AM CST THU FEB 4 2016

SCATTERED LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS AND FLURRIES MOVED THROUGH THE REGION
DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS...HOWEVER LITTLE IN THE WAY OF
ACCUMULATIONS WERE OBSERVED. OTHERWISE...A BRIEF BREAK IN THE
CLOUDS OCCURRED AS A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVED INTO WISCONSIN.
THIS ALLOWED TEMPERATURES TO QUICKLY FALL INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS

FELL TO AROUND 20 DEGREES UNDER CLOUDY SKIES.

A WEAK CLIPPER SYSTEM IS FORECAST TO MOVE ACROSS THE UPPER
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TODAY AND BRING A CHANCE OF LIGHT SNOW MAINLY
TO CENTRAL WISCONSIN DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. ONLY ONE-HALF
INCH OR LESS OF SNOW IS ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME. OTHERWISE...
MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES WILL PREVAIL WITH TEMPERATURES SLIGHTLY BELOW
NORMAL.

THIS CLIPPER WILL QUICKLY MOVE ACROSS THE REGION THIS EVENING AND
BE TO OUR EAST OVERNIGHT. ONLY A DUSTING OF SNOW IS ANTICIPATED AT
THIS TIME. THE AREA WILL RESIDE BETWEEN CLIPPERS ON FRIDAY WITH A
PARTLY CLOUDY START TO THE DAY GIVING WAY TO INCREASING CLOUDS AS
THE NEXT CLIPPER MOVES INTO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY.
