LEAVING MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES...A WEST TO NORTHWEST WIND...AND THE
ONSET OF THE NEXT SURGE OF ARCTIC AIR KNOCKING ON OUR DOORSTEP.
LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM ZERO TO 5 BELOW ACROSS NORTH-CENTRAL
WISCONSIN...TO THE TEENS OVER EAST-CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE IS FORECAST TO SWEEP INTO
THE REGION TODAY AND MAY BE ABLE TO GENERATE SOME FLURRIES ACROSS
NORTHERN WISCONSIN. OTHERWISE...THE MAIN WEATHER STORY WILL BE A
RETURN TO VERY COLD TEMPERATURES FOR TODAY AND TOMORROW. READINGS
ARE EXPECTED TO BE 20 TO 30 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL FOR EARLY MARCH.
WIND CHILL READINGS TONIGHT COULD DROP INTO THE 15 TO 25 BELOW
ZERO RANGE TOWARD DAYBREAK.
