Clear skies prevailed across the forecast area early this morning.
3 AM temperatures ranged from the upper 50s near the Wisconsin and
Michigan border, to the lower to mid 60s elsewhere.

Pacific high pressure will drift across the area today, bringing
party sunny skies and comfortable humidity levels through early
afternoon.

Then a cold front will approach the area from the north by late
this afternoon, bringing a few more clouds and an increasing
chance for showers and thunderstorms mainly across northern
Wisconsin.

The scattered showers and storms will drop southward across the
remainder of the forecast area tonight into Wednesday. Some of
the stronger storms this evening will likely contain brief
torrential downpours.
