LAKE EFFECT CLOUDS AND SNOW SHOWERS CONTINUED ACROSS NORTH
CENTRAL WISCONSIN THIS AFTERNOON AS AN ARCTIC AIR MASS POURS
INTO THE REGION. AFTER EARLY DAY HIGHS FROM 6 TO 16 ABOVE
ZERO...TEMPERATURES WERE NEAR STEADY OR SLOWLY FALLING LATER
FRIDAY AFTERNOON. THE BLUSTERY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO
USHER IN A BITTERLY COLD AIR MASS INTO THE REGION THROUGH
SATURDAY.

LAKE EFFECT CLOUDS AND SNOW SHOWERS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH
OVERNIGHT. CLEAR OR CLEARING SKIES ARE EXPECTED WITH
TEMPERATURES FALLING WELL BELOW ZERO. THE COLD TEMPERATURES
COMBINED WITH GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS...WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILL
READINGS BETWEEN 20 TO 35 BELOW ZERO.

TEMPERATURES WILL BEGIN TO MODERATE ON SUNDAY ALONG WITH THE NEXT
CHANCE OF SNOW.
