SKIES BECAME MOSTLY CLEAR ACROSS THE AREA OVERNIGHT. SOME LAKE
EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS SKIRTED THE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORELINE DURING THE
EVENING. THE COMBINATION OF MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS
ALLOWED TEMPERATURES TO GET QUITE COLD. AT 4 AM...LAND O LAKES WAS
THE COLD SPOT WITH 29 DEGREES BELOW ZERO...AND OSHKOSH WAS WARMEST
AT 2 ABOVE ZERO.

MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES SHOULD PREVAIL ACROSS THE AREA...EXCEPT IN NORTH
CENTRAL WISCONSIN TODAY WHERE THERE MAY BE A FEW LAKE EFFECT SNOW
SHOWERS. MUCH BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST
THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK...WITH HIGHS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND
TEENS...AND SUBZERO LOWS. OVERNIGHT AND EARLY MORNING WIND CHILLS
SHOULD BE MAINLY IN THE 15 BELOW TO 30 BELOW ZERO RANGE.
