CLEAR SKIES AND CHILLY CONDITIONS PREVAILED ACROSS THE AREA DURING
THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. TEMPERATURES AT 3 AM RANGED FROM THE
LOWER 40S TO LOWER 50S.

DRY AND COMFORTABLE CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE TODAY WITH HIGHS
CLIMBING MAINLY INTO THE 70S AWAY FROM LAKE MICHIGAN. SMOKE FROM
WILDFIRE ACTIVITY IN CANADA COULD MAKE FOR SOME HAZY CONDITIONS
ACROSS THE AREA.

LOOKING AHEAD AT THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND...SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS
ARE POSSIBLE FRIDAY AFTERNOON...MAINLY OVER NORTHERN WISCONSIN. ON
SATURDAY...A FEW AFTERNOON SHOWERS OR STORMS ARE POSSIBLE.
HOWEVER...NEITHER DAY WILL BE A WASH OUT. OTHERWISE...DRY WEATHER
WITH MOSTLY CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES SHOULD PREVAIL. A WARMING
TREND IS ALSO EXPECTED WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES FRIDAY THROUGH
SUNDAY CLIMBING INTO THE UPPER 70S TO LOWER 80S.
