MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES PREVAILED ACROSS NORTHEAST WISCONSIN THIS
MORNING AS HIGH PRESSURE STRETCHED ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY. AFTER A VERY COLD START IN THE MIDDLE 20S TO LOWER
30S...TEMPERATURES QUICKLY REBOUNDED INTO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 50S
IN MOST LOCATIONS.

CLOUDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AS LOW
PRESSURE PASSES TO THE SOUTH. IT WILL BE WARMER TODAY THAN
YESTERDAY...HOWEVER CONTINUED BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED THROUGH TONIGHT.

ANOTHER QUIET DAY IS ON TAP FOR THURSDAY...WITH JUST SOME SHOWERS
POSSIBLE IN THE EAST THURSDAY AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES ON THURSDAY
WILL CLIMB TO MORE NORMAL READINGS FOR THIS TIME OF THE YEAR.
