MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES PREVAILED OVER THE REGION DURING THE OVERNIGHT
HOURS...ACCOMPANIED BY SEVERAL BANDS OF LIGHT SNOW AS A CLIPPER
SYSTEM MOVED INTO THE GREAT LAKES. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM
THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 20S ACROSS CENTRAL WISCONSIN...TO THE LOWER
30S OVER EASTERN WISCONSIN.

THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO LINGER OVER THE GREAT LAKES THROUGH
TUESDAY AND CONTINUE TO BRING SEVERAL CHANCES FOR SNOW. A
WIDESPREAD 1 TO 3 INCHES OF ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE BY TUESDAY
EVENING...WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS OVER VILAS COUNTY WHERE LAKE
ENHANCEMENT WILL OCCUR.

GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL ALSO CREATE BLOWING AND
DRIFTING OF THE FRESH SNOW. ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE MOVING INTO THE
REGION FROM THE NORTHWEST WILL BRING MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES TO
THE AREA BY TUESDAY. MUCH BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE THEN
EXPECTED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK WEEK.
