WHILE LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS ENDED OVER EASTERN WISCONSIN DURING THE
OVERNIGHT HOURS...A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS CONTINUED ACROSS
NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN WHERE LAKE EFFECT WAS OCCURRING. NO SNOW
ACCUMULATION TOOK PLACE AS THE GROUND IS STILL TOO WARM. CLOUDY
SKIES PREVAILED THROUGH THE NIGHT WITH LOW TEMPERATURES IN THE MID
TO UPPER 30S NORTH...MID 40S SOUTH.

AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE IS FORECAST TO BUILD INTO THE REGION
TODAY...BRINGING AN END TO THE LAKE EFFECT IN THE NORTH AND A
RETURN OF SUNSHINE ELSEWHERE BY AFTERNOON. DESPITE THE RETURN OF
THE SUN...TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO BE AROUND 5 DEGREES BELOW
NORMAL.

AS THE HIGH PRESSURE MOVES ACROSS WISCONSIN TONIGHT...MOSTLY CLEAR
SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS ARE EXPECTED. CLOUDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE
ACROSS THE AREA ON SUNDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE AND COLD
FRONT MOVE INTO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. THIS SYSTEM IS
EXPECTED TO BRING A SMALL CHANCE OF LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS TO NORTHERN
AND CENTRAL WISCONSIN EARLY SUNDAY AFTERNOON...AND EASTERN
WISCONSIN LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
