SKIES WERE BECOMING PARTLY SUNNY OVER NORTH CENTRAL SECTIONS EARLY
THIS AFTERNOON...WITH MOSTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY SKIES OVER THE REST
OF THE REGION. EARLY AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE LOW TO MID
30S.

CLOUDS WILL LINGER THROUGH TONIGHT...AS HIGH PRESSURE TO THE NORTH
WILL RE EXERT ITS INFLUENCE ON THE REGION. THE HIGH WILL DOMINATE
MUCH OF THE AREA TUESDAY...WITH DRY AND COOL CONDITIONS.

A MORE SIGNIFICANT SYSTEM WILL IMPACT THE STATE TUESDAY NIGHT AND
WEDNESDAY. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING MUCH NEEDED PRECIPITATION TO
THE AREA. HOWEVER...A WINTRY MIX IS EXPECTED FOR MOST LOCATIONS...
WITH ACCUMULATING SNOW EXPECTED ACROSS THE NORTH. SOME FREEZING
RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM CENTRAL WISCONSIN INTO NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN AS WELL. THE SNOW AND MIXED PRECIPITATION COULD LEAD TO
POOR TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
