* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, The road to Norbut Fish and Wildlife area
  is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:30 AM CDT Wednesday was 15.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 14.4 feet Tuesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
