.YESTERDAY...

HIGH PRESSURE DOMINATED THE STATE TODAY AND BROUGHT MOSTLY SUNNY
SKIES. HOWEVER...A VERY NARROW BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW IMPACTED
PORTIONS OF EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN WHERE UP TO 3 INCHES FELL
FROM MILWAUKEE AND SOUTH. HIGHS RANGED FROM AROUND 10 IN NORTHERN
WISCONSIN TO THE MID TEENS IN SOUTHERN WISCONSIN.

.OVERNIGHT...

CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS LED TO ANOTHER COLD NIGHT OVER THE
REGION. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM AROUND 20 BELOW ZERO NORTH AND
WEST CENTRAL TO AROUND ZERO NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN.

.FORECAST...

HIGH PRESSURE DRIFTING ACROSS THE MIDWEST WILL ALLOW FOR SUNNY SKIES
AND LIGHT WINDS. BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE... WITH
HIGHS GENERALLY IN THE TEENS TODAY AND SATURDAY. LOWS TONIGHT WILL
BE IN THE ZERO TO TWENTY BELOW RANGE ONCE AGAIN... COLDEST NORTH
CENTRAL.

A WEAK TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE MIDWEST ON SUNDAY
BRINGING LIGHT SNOW TO MAINLY THE SOUTHERN HALF OF WISCONSIN.
SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL BRING SOMEWHAT WARMER TEMPERATURES WITH HIGHS IN
THE 20S EARLY NEXT WEEK. THE NEXT CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION WILL BE
ON TUESDAY. THERE IS A CHANCE FOR SNOW ACROSS THE NORTH AND RAIN OR
SNOW ACROSS THE FAR SOUTH.
