WISCONSIN WEATHER SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MILWAUKEE/SULLIVAN WI
143 AM CST Fri Feb 17 2017

.YESTERDAY...

Skies were partly sunny in Wisconsin on Thursday. Some light
snow and sprinkles occurred in parts of eastern Wisconsin during the
late afternoon.

High temperatures Thursday were mainly in the 30s ranging from 28 at
Eagle River to 43 at La Crosse and Janesville. The normal high
temperatures for this time of year are in the upper 20s in northern
Wisconsin to the lower 30s in the south.

Winds were southeast generally in the range of 5 to 15 miles an hour
with some gusts to around 20 miles an hour.

.OVERNIGHT...

Partly cloudy skies prevailed overnight. Early morning
temperatures ranged from around 20 in the northeast, to the lower
30s in the south and west.

.FORECAST...

Look for unseasonably mild temperatures to continue into next
week, with temperatures reaching levels more typical of early
April than mid to late February. Highs during this period will be
mostly in the 50s, although some spots may climb into the lower
60s. Temperatures will be a bit cooler along the Lakeshore.

Dry weather is expected through the weekend, with our next chance
of precipitation arriving early next week. The precipitation
should be of the liquid variety, owing to the very warm
temperatures across the state.
