.YESTERDAY...

THE STATIONARY LOW THAT HAS BEEN SITTING OVER THE GREAT LAKES
FINALLY WEAKENED AND MOVED OUT OF THE REGION. CLOUDS LINGERED
BEHIND IT OVER NORTHERN WISCONSIN WHILE SKIES WERE PARTLY SUNNY
ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN WISCONSIN. HIGH TEMPERATURES RANGED
FROM AROUND 70 IN THE NORTH TO THE LOWER AND MIDDLE 80S ACROSS
THE SOUTH.

.OVERNIGHT...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPED ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN PORTIONS
OF WISCONSIN AFTER MIDNIGHT...PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL IN SOME
LOCATIONS. ELSEWHERE...AN AREA OF LIGHT RAIN MOVED INTO THE
NORTHWEST LATE IN THE NIGHT. SKIES BECAME OVERCAST ACROSS THE
SOUTHWEST HALF OF THE STATE...WHILE REMAINING PARTLY TO MOSTLY
CLOUDY IN THE NORTHEAST. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE UPPER
50S AND LOW 60S NORTH...TO THE MID AND UPPER 60S SOUTHWEST.

.FORECAST...

SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE LIKELY TODAY INTO TONIGHT. SOME OF THE
STORMS MAY BE SEVERE AND PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL...ESPECIALLY
ACROSS THE SOUTHERN HALF OF THE STATE.

THERE WILL BE THEN BE A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND STORMS AT TIMES
FROM FRIDAY INTO THE FIRST PART OF NEXT WEEK. THIS PATTERN WILL
ALSO BRING ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND HUMID CONDITIONS MOST
PLACES OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.
