WISCONSIN WEATHER SUMMARY

Warm and humid conditions prevailed across Wisconsin. Clouds
increased from west to east, and this was reflected in high
temperatures. Highs ranged from the upper 70s in western
Wisconsin, to the upper 80s in eastern Wisconsin.
Numerous showers and thunderstorms affected much of central and
southern Wisconsin from late morning into the evening, with
scattered storms in the northwest. Some of these storms produced
very heavy rainfall and strong winds.
A low level jet stream pointing into the region helped generate
another round of showers and thunderstorms over central and east
central Wisconsin. In addition, a line of showers and
thunderstorms moved eastward into northwestern and west central
Wisconsin. This was along a cold front moving through the region.
Mostly cloudy skies were observed across most of the state, with
mild and moist conditions. Temperatures so far ranged from the
upper 60s in northern Wisconsin, to the lower 70s in southern

will bring chances for showers and thunderstorms, especially over
the eastern portions of Wisconsin. Some storms may be strong in
southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, with the very warm and

Low pressure is forecast to pass south of Wisconsin toward the
middle of the week. Chances for showers and thunderstorms will
exist Tuesday in northern Wisconsin, and across the region Tuesday
night into the rest of the week. Warm and humid conditions are
