Rain showers will begin to move into the Ohio Valley this
afternoon as a line advances from the west, well ahead of a cold
front. Temperatures will rise into the 50s and 60s today under
warm moist southwesterly flow. The low pressure system associated
with the front will continue to approach the region late this
afternoon bringing more rain into the overnight hours. Some
rumbles of thunder are possible with this system for areas to the
west, late tonight. A wintery mix is possible as the low exits on
Wednesday. More seasonable temperatures return for the middle of
the week before the next warm up heading into weekend.
