The Flash Flood Watch for portions of South Central Arkansas and
Louisiana has been cancelled. With the remnants of Tropical Storm
Cindy having moved well north and east of the region early this
morning, widespread flash flooding is not expected through the
remainder of the morning.

However, isolated strong storms will be capable of producing
excessive heavy rainfall this morning and isolated instances of
flash flooding cannot be ruled out across portions of North
Central Louisiana and South Central Arkansas this morning.
