...The Flood Warning has ended for the following rivers in
Washington...

  Tolt River near Carnation affecting King County.

.Flood Bulletin No. 2

A wet frontal system moved through Western Washington today. The Tolt
river will rise through evening, but the forecast has been amended to
crest below flood stage.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars...vans...or trucks through flooded areas...this is
the cause of most flood related deaths in Washington. Be alert for
rapid changes and monitor developments by listening to NOAA Weather
radio or other local media.

  The Tolt River near Carnation
* At  3:15 PM Thursday the flow was 1945 cfs.
* Flood flow is 5000 cfs.
* The river is forecast to crest below minor flood stage tonight around 4060 cfs.
* Impact...At 3500 cfs, the Tolt River will spill over its banks with
  water over 353rd Ave NE and some driveways in the San Souci area.
  This river level on the Tolt corresponds to a phase 2 flood in the
  King County flood system.
