  EASTERN NEWTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...
  SOUTHWESTERN DADE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...
  WESTERN BARRY COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...
  WESTERN LAWRENCE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...

* AT 433 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED
  AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES BETWEEN 1 AND 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL
  HAS FALLEN IN THE WARNING AREA WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL
  LIKELY.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS RAIN WILL CAUSE FLOODING TO OCCUR. LOCATIONS IN
  THE WARNING INCLUDE...ALBA...ATLAS...AVILLA...BIG SUGAR CREEK STATE

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
STREAM RISES WILL BE SLOW AND FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.
HOWEVER...ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS
IMMEDIATELY.

FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. MOST FLOOD RELATED DEATHS OCCUR
IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS WATER COVERED BRIDGES...
DIPS...OR LOW WATER CROSSINGS. NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...
EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT OR IN A VEHICLE.
