A MILE AT TIMES THROUGH DAYBREAK...ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AREAS AND
NEAR BODIES OF WATER. FOG WILL LIFT AND BURN OFF BY 9 AM.

AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN A QUARTER OF
A MILE AT TIMES AGAIN LATE TONIGHT...ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AREAS
AND NEAR BODIES OF WATER.
