STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS HAVE CAUSED THE WATERS ON THE WESTERN SIDE
OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY TO DROP TO ONE TO TWO FEET BELOW NORMAL.
THIS CONDITION OF BLOW OUT TIDES MAY CAUSE BOATS TO BECOME
GROUNDED. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BEGIN TO LESSEN THIS AFTERNOON...
ALLOWING THE WATERS TO START TO RETURN TO NORMAL LEVELS.
