...ISOLATED GUSTS UP TO 20 KNOTS...

A few isolated wind gusts up to 20 knots will be possible until
early afternoon for the lower portion of the Chesapeake Bay and
the tidal Potomac River. High pressure is building in to the
region, which will allow wind gusts to subside this afternoon.

Mariners, especially those in smaller vessels, should exercise
extra caution when navigating the waters through early afternoon.
