Through 7 AM...A band of rain will spread to the east across
South Central Texas, primarily east of I-35. A few embedded
heavier showers and isolated thunderstorms will occur south of a
Gonzales to Pleasanton line, where rainfall amounts up to 1 and
1/2 inches will be possible. Elsewhere rainfall will remain light,
amounting to 1/10 of an inch or less.

Through the morning, patchy dense fog will develop across
portions of the Hill Country, Winter Garden, and Rio Grande areas.
Visibility in some locations could be reduced to 1/4 mile. The fog
will lift between 9 and 10 AM.
