EARLY THIS MORNING...ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
DEVELOP AND GRADUALLY BECOME MORE SCATTERED ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
EDWARDS PLATEAU AND THE RIO GRANDE PLAINS. SLOW NORTHEAST MOVEMENTS
OF 15 TO 20 MPH WILL ALLOW FOR ISOLATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1/2 TO
1 INCH BY 6 AM CDT. LATER THIS MORNING...A CONTINUED INCREASE IN
RAIN CHANCES WILL LEAD TO A THREAT FOR LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND
LOCALIZED FLOODING.
