TEMPERATURES ARE ABOVE FREEZING AT THIS TIME HOWEVER. MOTORISTS
TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTATE 90...HIGHWAY 2...AND HIGHWAY 395 SHOULD
BE ALERT FOR QUICKLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES DOWN TO A QUARTER A
MILE AT TIMES.
