SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE AREA THIS EVENING. STRONG GUSTY WINDS IN
EXCESS OF 30 MPH...AND FREQUENT DEADLY LIGHTNING STRIKES CAN ALSO
BE EXPECTED WITH STRONGER STORMS. ONE HALF TO OVER ONE INCH OF
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME...MAY RESULT IN HAZARDOUS
DRIVING CONDITIONS WITH WATER ON ROADWAYS AND SWOLLEN DITCHES.
MOTORISTS SHOULD AVOID LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHERE WATER IS ON THE
ROADWAYS. THIS ACTIVITY WILL BEGIN TO DIMINISH AFTER SUNSET.
