THE SKY RANGED FROM PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY OVERNIGHT ACROSS
CENTRAL AND EASTERN KANSAS. WINDS WERE LIGHT AND MAINLY FROM
THE SOUTH. PREDAWN TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE UPPER 60S IN
SOUTHEAST KANSAS TO THE MID 70S OVER PARTS OF CENTRAL KANSAS.

CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE OVER MUCH
OF MID-AMERICA TODAY AND TONIGHT...AS A COUPLE OF LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEMS ALOFT MOVE ACROSS THE PLAINS AND MIDWEST. SOME OF THE
STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE AND PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...
ESPECIALLY ACROSS PARTS OF NEBRASKA...KANSAS AND WESTERN
MISSOURI.

HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL GENERALLY CLIMB INTO THE 80S AND
90S ACROSS THE HEARTLAND...WITH LOWS TONIGHT RANGING FROM THE
60S TO THE LOWER 70S.
