SKIES OVERNIGHT RANGED FROM CLEAR IN THE FAR NORTHEAST...TO CLOUDY
IN THE FAR SOUTHEAST. PREDAWN TEMPERATURES VARIED FROM ABOUT 50 NEAR
THE NEBRASKA BORDER IN CENTRAL KANSAS...TO THE LOWER 60S OVER THE
SOUTHEAST THIRD OF THE STATE. WINDS WERE LIGHT AND VARIABLE.

SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL PERSIST ACROSS MISSOURI AND ARKANSAS THIS
MORNING. THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS THE HIGH
PLAINS AND SPREAD ACROSS THE REST OF KANSAS...NEBRASKA AND OKLAHOMA
TONIGHT. OTHER SCATTERED THUNDERSTORM MAY DEVELOP ACROSS THE
REMAINDER OF THE PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

FORECAST HIGHS RANGE FROM THE MID 70S IN WESTERN NEBRASKA...TO THE
MID 80S IN SOUTHERN ARKANSAS. FORECAST LOWS RANGE FROM NEAR 50 IN
WESTERN NEBRASKA...TO THE UPPER 60S IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND
SOUTHERN ARKANSAS.
