Regional Weather Summary

A complex of showers and thunderstorms moved across portions of
Northern and Central Kansas overnight, with mostly clear skies
elsewhere.  Early morning temperatures ranged from the lower 50s in
Northwest Kansas to the lower 70s in Eastern Oklahoma.

The chance of showers and thunderstorms will continue across much of
Kansas today, as the combination of a cold front and a weak boundary
will interact with an unstable airmass.  Severe thunderstorms are
expected to erupt across Central and Eastern Kansas today with all
facets of severe weather possible. The rest of the region will see
partly cloudy skies.  High temperatures today will range from middle
60s in Northwest Kansas to the lower 90s in Northern Oklahoma.

The chance of showers and thunderstorms will continue for Southwest
Missouri and Northeast Oklahoma tonight, as a progressive complex of
severe storms will move east southeast. Cooler air will move into
most of Nebraska and Northwest Kansas after the passage of a cold
front. Low temperatures tonight will range from the lower 40s in
Northwest Kansas to the middle 60s in Northeast Oklahoma.
