Today...Artic air remained entrenched across Western and North Central
Nebraska. High temperatures struggled into the teen and 20s,
which was generally 10 to nearly 15 degrees below normal. Skies
began mostly cloudy, however, clouds dissipated throughout the
daylight hours. Light snow was observed across Northern and North
Central Nebraska, but snowfall totals were generally only around a
trace.

Tonight...another chilly night is in store, with low temperatures
fall into the single digits to low teens above zero. Winds will be
light and variable, with increasing cloud cover. Finally, light
snow will be possible generally north of a Nebraska Highway 2
line, with only minor accumulations around a trace to a half of an
inch expected.
