Weather Summary for the local Tri-State Region
National Weather Service New York NY
348 PM EDT SUN AUG 28 2016

High pressure just off the New England coast will keep the region
dry tonight. Low temperatures will be mainly in the 60s, to around
70 in the New York City metropolitan area.

A slow moving cold front will approach the area tonight and slowly
cross on Monday. This may bring an isolated shower late tonight
into Monday morning. It will be hot on Monday as temperatures
climb into the upper 80s and lower 90s across the entire region.

Behind the cold front somewhat cooler and less humid air will
build into the region for Monday night and Tuesday. This will
provide a return to near normal temperatures.
