DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR DETECTED ONLY ISOLATED SHOWER ACTIVITY ACROSS
THE COASTAL WATERS OVERNIGHT WITH FEW OF THEM AFFECTING THE
EASTERN SECTIONS OF PUERTO RICO. ELSEWHERE ACROSS THE REGION NOT
SIGNIFICANT PRECIPITATION WAS DETECTED. BREEZES WERE LIGHT AND
TEMPERATURES AT LOWER ELEVATIONS WERE GENERALLY IN THE 70S.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO DOMINATE THE LOCAL REGION TODAY.
MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES WILL PREVAIL EARLY THIS MORNING BECOMING
PARTLY CLOUDY INTO THE AFTERNOON ACROSS PARTS OF THE REGION. DRIER
THAN NORMAL WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL
DAYS...EXCEPT FOR A FEW LIGHT SHOWERS MAINLY OVER THE COASTAL
WATERS. WINDS WILL BE FROM THE EAST TO EAST NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 20
MPH WITH SOME HIGHER GUSTS.

ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS...WINDS WILL BE 19 KNOTS OR LESS TODAY
WHILE SEAS RANGE FROM 3 TO 5 FEET. THEREFORE...SMALL CRAFT
OPERATORS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION ACROSS PARTS OF THE LOCAL WATERS.
