PATCHY FREEZING FOG...

TEMPERATURES IN THE MID TO UPPER 20S THIS MORNING WILL CONTINUE TO
RESULT IN PATCHY BLACK ICE FOLLOWING YESTERDAYS SNOWFALL. THIS WILL MAKE
FOR POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL THIS MORNING...ESPECIALLY ON
SECONDARY AND NEIGHBORHOOD ROADS...AND BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. IN
ADDITION...PATCHY FREEZING FOG WILL PERSIST ACROSS PORTIONS OF
CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN VIRGINIA THIS MORNING. MOTORISTS ARE
ENCOURAGED TO EXERCISE CAUTION THIS MORNING. TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED TO WARM ABOVE FREEZING BY MID MORNING WITH FOG
DISSIPATING THIS MORNING.
