...A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN MADISON AND
SOUTHEASTERN GALLATIN COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM MDT...

At 250 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking several thunderstorms
across southern Madison and Gallatin counties, including a strong
thunderstorm 24 miles southeast of Virginia City, moving northeast
at 40 mph. This storm will be near the Big Sky area by around 330
PM.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
West Yellowstone, Big Sky, Targhee Pass, and Yellowstone Village.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
